I just have to sing the praises of amazon stone: with a special shout out to Amanda Queck. They did my kitchen countertops and backsplash. All the staff are very helpful and kind. The showroom is very attractive and well setup. Their stone selection really impressed me, so much to choose from. I was especially thankful to have had Amanda be my saleswoman and consultant. SHE WAS AMAZING! She helped me every step of the way. She made me feel as though I was the only customer she had, giving me her undivided attention. The minute my husband and I walked into your wonderful showroom, to the knowledge of all the staff, we knew this was the stone company for us. Claire met us at the door and listened to what we wanted, told us the pros and cons of certain stones, and helped us put together our kitchen restoration. The countertops are beautiful, installed, with the workmen explaining each step in detail. They were very tolerant of our watching the installation, etc. My advice is if you have stone work to install go see the staff at Amazon Stone with their knowledge they can walk you through any project and stay with you till it is finished to your satisfaction. I often find myself just staring at the kitchen as I consider it a work of art. Each one of you has been a pleasure to work with, even with a minor hiccup at the end. We were able to get past it and move on. Each staff member exudes friendliness and makes it feel as though the customer is family. I had such a wonderful experience with Amazon when I got my new quartz countertops! I had checked out a few other marble/quartz/granite places in the area and all were great, but there was just something special about Amazon! First of all, Jackie was just so amazing from the moment I walked in. I really hate pushy salespeople, and she wasn’t like that at all! She was kind, welcoming, warm, and helpful, she made me feel so comfortable, and she’s so knowledgeable, somehow she knew exactly what I wanted and needed to do. She was so great throughout the whole process. And the showroom is so well done – not like they threw a bunch of stuff together – it’s all well thought out and beautifully presented. I hadn’t seen such a great selection of so many kinds of granite and quartz anywhere, and it’s so well organized. Some other places have samples, but they’re sort of scattered around the sales floor, so it’s hard to kind of get an idea of what’s out there and what’s available when you can’t look at it all in one place. That really helps you to compare and see what you really like. I’ve been to places all over Atlanta and still think Amazon has the best selection and showroom for stone. They have a huge selection of brands and types of stone to choose from. On top of that, the showroom has so many other things to look at – a great selection of tile, flooring, faucets, sinks…again, not many places do all of that in one place. The people are fantastic! Jackie took care of everything, Trennell the scheduler was AWESOME and worked around my work schedule, the gentleman who came to measure was SOOOO nice and the guys who came to install were on-time, professional, and did a great job. I love supporting family owned businesses and can’t wait to do my wall tile and flooring with them next, because this is a wonderful group of people to work with! Thanks!

"When we purchased our current home about 18 years ago one of the things we knew we wanted to upgrade was the kitchen. The house was only about two years old at the time, but the "builder grade" laminated cabinets and countertops and white appliances were not up to par with the rest of the house. With a new mortgage and two young children we decided to wait a while. Time flies by and the kids grew up and graduated from college. During this same time the cabinet doors started peeling, the countertops became discolored and the appliances started failing. So we finally decided to tackle the kitchen upgrade.  Like many people we didn't know where to start, so we checked out kitchens in many new houses, visited the big box stores and solicited advice and quotes from several local contractors. There were so many options it was almost overwhelming. New cabinets or refacing? Granite or quartz? What about the backsplash? Knobs or handles? What style... what colors? Who does what and when? Sinks and faucets and appliances and the list goes on and on. We began to wonder if upgrading was even worth the time, money and headaches. Then we met Amanda Queck at Amazon Stone. She showed us around the showroom and warehouse and started to get a feel for what we liked and disliked. Amanda was patient and kind, answered our questions, made suggestions and all with no pressure. She visited our home many times, dropping off samples and working with us to choose the best options for our project. She even arranged for us to visit other clients homes to see their work firsthand. Amanda took care of all the scheduling, addressing any issues or concerns and billing. In the end our project was completed on time and on budget and we are now very happy with our kitchen.
